The Gypsy Magnets are an American/English 3 piece band with primal stripped down rhythms of classic Blues Rock from San Franciscan lead guitarist Mark Kuhn.
This E.P. launch has The Gypsy Magnets firing on all cylinders that evokes a timeless 70’s essence of fueled passion of soulful blues reminiscent of Led Zeppelin and The Doors steamrolled into one.
In highlighting The Gypsy Magnets induction to the Blues arena their songs evoke a deep soulful routed show case and myriad of blues styles from smoking deep swamp Delta blues slide guitar on Train to a Roadhouse blues feel of Jim Morrison /Zeppelin fused on Electric Mama and Bo Diddley beats on Hoodoo Rhythm Man with the Howlin' Wolf gutturals along with piping hot Harmonica licks from English vocalist David Smith throughout.
